Member Spotlight: Max Lemura, Tropical Parcels

By December 22, 2020 No Comments
Max has been a member of Rising Tide since June of 2020, he owns Tropical Parcels which is a company that buys and sells land. He was originally in the finance industry before starting Tropical Parcel and decided to leave it because he wanted more freedom when it came to how he can dress and use his time. The idea of Tropical Parcel fell on Max’s lap when he was buying and flipping houses and a friend of his told him about selling raw vacant land. Buying and selling houses is not only physically hard but also mentally straining along with having to deal with construction, contractors, permits, laborers, and everything else involved with building. The beauty of selling land for Max was that he didn’t have to deal with any of the politics involved with building and slowly he transitioned into buying and selling raw land.
Max is constantly closing deals both on the buy and sell side and currently he is in the talks with some tiny home developers who may want to partner in on “tiny home parks” to sell, lease, and AirBnB. Most of his clients ranges from anyone looking to invest and diversify their portfolio, to people wanting to get land to build on it for their family, or someone who simply wants to slowly build equity into something that is tangible since his company does offer financing. One owner could finance with as little as $500 down and can get monthly payments very low. His company also offers a $250 cash referral fee to anyone who sends Tropical Parcels a cash buyer or a term buyer. Outside of work Max likes to golf, spend time with his dog, bike, and hang out with his friends. If you would like to buy or sell land feel free to email Max at [email protected]
